Duties Description The incumbent will be responsible for determining regulated laboratory compliance with proficiency testing requirements, including assessing laboratory performance. This requires a detailed analysis of the commercially available proficiency testing products to ensure acceptability criteria are met. The incumbent will be required to make annual database configuration changes based on that detailed analysis. Additionally, the incumbent must provide weekly and monthly reports to management.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in natural sciences and three years of post-degree professional research experience in the appropriate field; or a Master's degree in the appropriate field and two years of such experience; or a doctorate in the appropriate field.
Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have a strong familiarity with clinical laboratory testing, methods, and techniques. Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with a high level of resourcefulness and independence, are required. The ability to handle a large volume of applications with a very short turnaround time is essential.
