The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description We are seeking a dynamic intern to design and deliver an engaging in-person workshop tailored to our agency's goals and audience needs. Interns will receive a combination of structured training, on-the-job training, and/or practical job performance to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to complete the internship project. Intern will collaborate with EDGE staff to design and deliver a training/workshop from concept to completion using the ADDIE Instructional Design Method. This will include topic research, identifying learning objectives, preparing a slide deck and other course materials, and delivering their training live, in-person to DOL employees.
After workshop completion the intern will collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of the workshop via survey, making improvements as necessary for future sessions.

Must be a student currently enrolled in upcoming/current college courses.
